How do you work with my existing creative team/agency?  We are a complimentary resource. Think of us a strike team that parachutes in, accelerates the process, leaves you with valuable assets for the brand, and then gets out of your hair. Some clients hire us to stick around and help with other projects once the strategy work is done (brand guide development, creative campaign accelerator) and others take the strategy playbook and run. Both are A-OK with us!

What do you mean by “online training?” What happens over the six weeks? As part of the program, members of your team get access to an online hub exclusively for your project where we guide you through the various steps. Each week, we cover a different element of your brand strategy. The activities for the week include video training modules and worksheets that you complete at your own pace, as well as online support, and weekly check-ins. We’ve found that this results in fewer meetings, more focused work, and better results. (Let’s jump on a call and we can walk you through the program and explain what each week looks like.)

How much time does this require from me? The program will require 3-4 hours a week, including a kickoff meeting and several one-hour check-in meetings at various program milestones. We’ve designed the program to cut out the fluff, focus on essential work, and allow flexibility as to when you complete your portion of the work. It’s definitely not a full time commitment for six weeks, but there IS work for you to do as part of this program—the strategic foundation for the brand must be built with those stakeholders that will be responsible for implementing the plan.

How many people can participate? You can include as many members from your team as you wish. Many of our clients use these programs as a way to get multiple stakeholders involved in the same process and invested in the outcome.
